A fast, streamlined virtual tour option for listings that need an interactive online experience without the full drafted floor plan package. This is a good fit for simpler properties, budget-conscious listings, or situations where speed is the priority.
Best for: Simple listings, rental properties, smaller homes, or quick-turn marketing needs.
Includes: Interactive 360 tour, interactive floor plan experience, branded and unbranded links.

The recommended option for most residential listings. This package provides a complete virtual tour and professionally drafted floor plan deliverables to support listing marketing, buyer understanding, and MLS-ready presentation.
Best for: Standard residential listings, agent marketing, sellers who want a complete presentation, and most occupied or vacant homes.
Includes: Interactive 360 tour, professionally drafted floor plan PDF, property measurements, branded and unbranded links, and property insights/reporting.
Recommended: This is PrimeView’s default package for most listing projects.

An upgraded option for larger, higher-end, complex, or detail-sensitive properties that need a more polished and comprehensive presentation. This service level is best when the listing needs added visual detail, stronger presentation, or a more premium client-facing experience.
Best for: Luxury listings, larger homes, custom properties, complex layouts, and higher-value marketing needs.
Includes: Interactive 360 tour, professionally drafted floor plan PDF, property measurements, branded and unbranded links, property insights/reporting, and enhanced presentation detail.
Recommended when: The property needs a more refined presentation or additional detail beyond the standard listing package.
Available Add-Ons
Additional services may be available depending on the property and project needs. Exterior site plan add-ons can help show outdoor areas, lot features, detached structures, driveways, walkways, patios, decks, and other exterior property details.
Exterior Site Plan Add-On
Available for properties where exterior layout, outdoor features, or additional site context would help support the property presentation. Quoted based on property size, access, and scan needs.
Builder / Pre-Drywall Documentation
PrimeView offers builder and pre-drywall documentation using immersive 360 scans for builders, homeowners, and renovation projects. These scans help capture important behind-the-wall details before insulation, drywall, and finishes are installed.
When available, pre- and post-drywall scan views can also help compare construction-stage conditions with the finished space, giving builders and property owners a more complete visual record of the project.
This service is ideal for documenting framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structured wiring, and other construction details that may be difficult to reference later.
Unlike standard progress photos, 360 scans provide a more complete visual record of each space, making it easier to revisit room conditions and construction details after the walls are closed.
Available by quote based on project size, timing, and documentation needs.
